helllooo!

so it's been a while...i've been busy as a working girl! (minus taking any sort of ferry. lol). i'm becoming closer to a real person..going to work...doing lots of productive things in lab..coming home and going to the gym...going to bed and doing it all over again. after 3 weeks or so, its no longer novel so i'm trying to truly transition into my new life after college. the true test is after the summer, when there is cold weather and not as many things to do on the weekends. That's when i'll actually explore dc. ;)

Today, i went to happy hour which was very fun. good times all around. hung out with the roomies and other IRTAs. i think it's a preview to this upcoming year in general where I'm learning about work and lab and science as well as how i really spend my free time. hopefully i can fit tennis into the mix.

on that note, US Open is on its way. just a month in my future and i shall be experiencing the tournament that is better than christmas! fo real! unfortunately, i know spending money on the legg mason is not worth it so i shall have a countdown to the only time i spend signif time in queens. lol.

i do really miss nyc esp. since every1 is home after graduation. but i shall be back soon enough. =)
